    Samra Instant Coffee as an Iced Latte

    Abel’s Iced Latte

    Ingredients:
    4 g (1 sachet) Samra Instant
    1 oz hot water (140 - 170 F)
    Splash of vanillaSpoonful of honey6 to 8 oz of almond milkIce
    Sprinkle of cinnamon

    Instructions:
    Step 1: Spoon 4 g of Samra instant (or 1 sachet) into a glass vessel.

    Step 2: Add 1 oz of hot water (140 - 170 F) and stir well.

    Step 3: Add a splash of vanilla and a spoonful of honey, adjusting for personal taste.

    Step 4: Pour 6 to 8 oz of almond milk over a separate cup of ice.

    Step 5: Add coffee mixture from glass vessel to cup and stir.

    Step 6: Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy.

    4 grams Samra Craft instant coffee
    1 oz hot water (28g)
    Ice
    6-8 oz cold water (177-226g)

    Instructions:
    Step 1 Spoon 4 grams of Samra Craft instant coffee into a glass vessel.

    Step 2 Add 1 oz of hot water to the glass and stir until the instant coffee is fully dissolved.

    Step 3 Fill the glass with ice.

    Step 4 Add 6-8 oz of cold water to the glass, depending on your desired coffee strength.

    Step 5 Stir gently to combine.


    Note: Adjust the amount of instant coffee and water to your taste preference.

    Instant hot coffee

    Ingredients:
    4 grams Samra Craft instant coffee
    6 -8 oz (177-226g) hot water (150-170F)

    Instructions:
    Step 1: Spoon 4 grams of Samra Craft instant coffee into a mug or cup.

    Step 2: Heat 6-8 oz of water to a temperature between 150-170F (65-75C).

    Step 3: Pour the hot water over the instant coffee in the mug or cup.

    Step 4: Stir gently to dissolve the instant coffee granules and distribute them evenly.


    Note: Adjust the amount of instant coffee and water to your taste preference.

    Ingredients:
    4 grams Samra Craft instant coffee
    6 -8 oz (177-226g) hot water (150-170F)
    milk

    Instructions:
    Step 1: Spoon 4 grams of Samra Craft instant coffee into a mug or cup.

    Step 2: Heat 6-8 oz of water to a temperature between 150-170F (65-75C).

    Step 3: Pour the hot water over the instant coffee in the mug or cup.

    Step 4: Stir gently to dissolve the instant coffee granules and distribute them evenly.

    Step 5: Add milk to your preference


    Note: Adjust the amount of instant coffee, water and milk to your taste preference.


    Samra Coffee Aperitif

    Samra Coffee Aperitif

    Ingredients:
    4 g (1 sachet) SAMRA Instant50 ml hot water (140 - 170 F)
    40g  organic cane sugar
    0.5g Vanilla
    0.5g Black Cardamom seeds
    40g Rum

    Instructions:
    Step 1: Infuse 0.5g ground cardamom seeds and 0.5g vanilla in 50ml hot water for 5min.

    Step 2: Strain with a fine mesh strainer.

    Step 3: Add 4g instant coffee and stir well

    Step 4: Add 40g cane sugar and stir well

    Step 5: Cool down to room temp

    Step 6: Add 40g rum and bottle it and keep it in the fridge.
    * Shelf life is 7 days.


    shakerato

    Samra Shakerato

    Ingredients:
    4 g (1 sachet) SAMRA Instant
    20 ml hot water (140 - 170 F)
    15 g (1/2 oz.) of 1:1 Simple syrup (we have a preference for using organic cane sugar)
    200 ml of milk
    Ice 100 g

    Instructions:
    Step 1: Reconstitute 4 g of Samra instant with 20 ml of hot water (140 - 170 F)

    Step 2: In a cocktail shaker add ice, milk, reconstituted SAMRA coffee, and simple syrup.

    Step 3: Shake!

    Step 4: Strain into a serving vessel with ice. There should be a nice lattice of froth from shaking.

    Samra Coffee Tonic

    Ingredients:
    4 g (1 sachet) Samra Instant
    20 ml hot water (140 - 170 F)
    200 ml of Tonic water (our top choices are Q Tonic or Fever Tree)
    Ice 100 g

    Instructions:
    Step 1: Pour Tonic Water over ice.

    Step 2: Reconstitute 4 g of Samra instant with 20 ml of hot water (140 - 170 F)

    Step 3: Pour the reconstituted coffee on top of the tonic.
